SLEEP is so important for everyone and without it you can feel like your life is falling apart. Do not worry - with a few simple changes we can rewire your child’s sleep pattern or association.

My aim is to help you achieve your goals when it comes to your little ones sleep. I strongly believe that sleep is a SCIENCE but every baby is UNIQUE. So I do not offer any ‘one fits all’ packages. I like to get to know my clients (baby included) to achieve the best results. All my methods are designed for parents who want their little one to sleep confidently.

So whether you want to stop an unwanted sleep habit, have better nap routines or reduce awakenings during the night I offer bespoke approaches, which address the specific reasons for each child’s sleeplessness.

I specialise in babies and young toddlers.

  • Does not include a written plan so feel free to make notes on the call

SLEEP SUPPORT PACKAGE

  • Sleep assessment and diary analysis (to be completed 72 hours before the call to get the most out of the consultation)

  • 1-2 hour call consultation

  • On the call we will discuss a new routine and all the strategies you will need for you and your baby to achieve your sleep goals

  • Detailed bespoke plan for your new sleep routine

  • 10 days of support via phone, email or whatsapp

  • £195

  • Age 3 months to 2 years


NEW BORN SLEEP SUPPORT

  • For expectant parents or newborn parents

  • 1 bespoke call to encourage positive sleep habits based on your goals and preferences

  • £50
